- 200 g of tomato puree
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped carrot
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Nutmeg and oregano to taste
Preparation:
1️⃣ Sauté onion, carrot, celery and garlic in olive oil.
2️⃣ Add the ground meat and cook until well browned.
3️⃣ Pour the tomato puree, add the spices and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
4️⃣ Cook the Ros Uni Tagliatelle , drain and season with the ragù.

- 200 g of champignon or porcini mushrooms
- 100 ml of fresh keto cream
- 1 clove of garlic

2️⃣ Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until soft.
