GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The website www.ilpanedirivalta.it is an e-commerce dedicated to the sale of low-carb baked goods, managed by the company Il Pane di Rivalta sas di Carol Zohoungbogbo & C.

Anyone making purchases on the site is considered a Customer pursuant to these General Conditions of Sale, which regulate all sales contracts concluded through online and offline channels (telephone, fax, e-mail).

 

Acceptance of the conditions

By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read, understood and accepted these General Conditions of Sale in full and without reservations. These prevail over any general or particular conditions of the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The user undertakes to provide truthful, complete and updated data.

 

Changes to the conditions

Il Pane di Rivalta reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time, without prior notice. The modifications will be effective from the moment of publication on the site.

 

Products

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the site. The images are purely illustrative. The products comply with current European and Italian food regulations. For further technical or regulatory information, our Customer Service is available.

 

Prices

Prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are excluded and visible during the purchase process. Prices may change at any time for reasons of updating or promotions. Any inaccuracies due to typographical errors are reserved.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are €20,00 for Europe.

 

Orders

There is no minimum order. The Customer is required to:

• Enter correct and updated data.
• Please carefully check the data entered before confirming.
• Please communicate any changes within one hour.
• Select one of the following payment methods: PayPal/credit card, or cash on delivery.

 

Order Confirmation

The Customer will receive an automatic confirmation via email to the address provided.

 

Invoices

The invoice will be sent with the shipment or, upon request, by e-mail. For copies: info@ilpanedirivalta.it .

 

Delivery times

Orders received before 5:00 PM are processed within 7 working days, subject to availability. Delivery times by courier are 4/9 days from the time of collection. Shipments are made from Monday to Thursday. Orders after 5:00 PM on Thursday will be processed the following Monday.

 

Conditions of transport

Delivery is intended to be at street level. For deliveries to upper floors, contact us.

 

Warranty

Check the integrity of the package upon delivery. In case of damage, accept with reservation. Claims must be submitted within 7 days by email or telephone. Returns must be authorized and accompanied by a transport document.

 

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt. The right does not apply to companies and VAT numbers. The communication must be sent via registered mail or certified email. The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or invoice. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

 

Refunds

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods, by bank transfer. Shipping costs and any additional costs will be retained.

 

Limitations of liability

Il Pane di Rivalta sas will not be liable for disruptions attributable to force majeure, such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes, earthquakes, floods and other events that prevent, in whole or in part, the execution of the contract within the agreed timeframes. Il Pane di Rivalta sas will also not be liable for any damages, losses and costs incurred by the Customer as a result of the failure to execute the contract for the reasons indicated above, the Customer being only entitled to a refund of the price paid. Furthermore, Il Pane di Rivalta sas is not liable for any improper or non-compliant use of the products purchased, nor for damages resulting from the non-compliant storage of the goods by the Customer.
