The website www.ilpanedirivalta.it is an e-commerce site dedicated to the sale of low-carb baked goods, managed by Il Pane di Rivalta sas di Carol Zohoungbogbo & C.
Anyone making purchases on the site is considered a Customer pursuant to these General Conditions of Sale, which govern all sales contracts concluded through online and offline channels (telephone, fax, email).
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, the Customer declares having read, understood, and accepted these General Conditions of Sale in full and without reservation. They prevail over any general or specific terms and conditions of the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The user undertakes to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information.
Changes to Terms
Il Pane di Rivalta reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon publication on the website.
Products
The essential product characteristics are presented on the website. Images are for illustrative purposes only. The products comply with current European and Italian food regulations. For further technical or regulatory information, please contact our Customer Service.
Prices
Prices are expressed in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are exclusive of VAT and are visible during the purchase process. Prices may change at any time due to updates or promotions. Any inaccuracies due to typographical errors are reserved.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are €8.50 for Italy. They are free for orders over €100.
Orders
There is no minimum order. The customer is required to:

Carefully check the information entered before confirming.
Notify us of any changes within one hour.
Select one of the following payment methods: PayPal/credit card, or cash on delivery.
Order Confirmation
The customer will receive an automatic confirmation email to the address provided.
Invoices
The invoice will be sent with the shipment or, upon request, by email. For copies, please contact info@ilpanedirivalta.it.
Delivery Times
Orders received before 5:00 PM are processed within 7 business days, subject to availability. Delivery times by courier are 48 hours from receipt. Shipments are made Monday through Thursday. Orders received after 5:00 PM on Thursday will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping Terms
Delivery is to street level. For deliveries to upper floors, please contact us.
Warranty
Check the integrity of the package upon delivery. If damaged, accept with reservations. Complaints must be submitted within 7 days by email or phone. Returns must be authorized and accompanied by a shipping document.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt. This right does not apply to businesses and VAT-registered companies. Notice must be sent via registered mail or certified email. The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or invoice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods, via bank transfer. Shipping costs and any additional expenses will be deducted.
Limitation of Liability
Il Pane di Rivalta sas will not be liable for disruptions attributable to force majeure, such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes, earthquakes, floods, and other events that prevent, in whole or in part, the performance of the contract within the agreed timeframe. Il Pane di Rivalta sas will not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by the Customer as a result of the failure to perform the contract for the reasons indicated above. The Customer is only entitled to a refund of the price paid. Furthermore, Il Pane di Rivalta sas is not liable for any improper or non-compliant use of the purchased products, nor for damages resulting from improper storage of the goods by the Customer.
