- 150g of Ros Uni Spaghetti
- 400 g of peeled tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation:
1️⃣ Heat the oil in a pan and fry the whole garlic.
2️⃣ Add the crushed peeled tomatoes and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
3️⃣ Season with salt and pepper, add the fresh basil and mix well.
4️⃣ Cook the Ros Uni Spaghetti in plenty of boiling water for 18 minutes , drain and season with the sauce.
