- 1 litre of vegetable broth
- 1 courgette cut into cubes
- 1 carrot cut into slices
- 1 stalk of celery, chopped
- 1 ripe tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 100 g of Ros Uni Grattini
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
1️⃣ Heat the oil in a pan and fry the celery, carrot and courgette.
2️⃣ Add the diced tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
3️⃣ Pour in the hot broth and bring to the boil.
4️⃣ Add the Ros Uni Grattini and cook for the indicated time.
