- 200g minced meat (chicken or beef)
- 30 g of Low Carb Breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 20 g grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
1️⃣ Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a smooth dough.
2️⃣ Shape the meatballs and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
3️⃣ Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes, until golden.
