Tagliatelle with Garlic Butter and Shrimp

An elegant and very simple first course to prepare, perfect for a quick but impressive dinner. The garlic butter enhances the shrimp with a touch of lemon and everything is wrapped in our low carb tagliatelle.


πŸ₯œ Ingredients (for 1 serving)

  • Ros Uni Tagliatelle : 70 g
  • Shelled prawns : 200 g
  • Butter : 2 tablespoons (about 30 g)
  • Fresh garlic : 3 cloves (finely chopped)
  • Lemon juice : from 1/2 lemon
  • Chopped fresh parsley : to garnish

βš–οΈ Preparation

πŸ§‰ 1. Make the garlic butter sauce

  • In a large skillet, melt the 2 tablespoons butter over medium-low heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and fry gently for 1–2 minutes, until lightly golden and fragrant.

🦐 2. Cook the shrimp

  • Raise the heat slightly and add the shrimp to the pan.
  • Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
  • Squeeze the juice of half a lemon directly into the pan and mix well.

πŸ’§ 3. Cook the tagliatelle

  • Cook the Ros Uni Tagliatelle in plenty of salted water following the instructions.
  • Drain them al dente, keeping a spoonful of the cooking water.

🌿 4. Cream and complete

  • Pour the tagliatelle into the pan with the prawns and add the cooking water.
  • Stir everything over medium heat for 1 minute, until the sauce binds perfectly with the pasta.

🍽 Service

  • Plate immediately and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  • Serve hot, perhaps with a sprinkling of freshly ground black pepper.
