
Tagliatelle with Garlic Butter and Shrimp
An elegant and very simple first course to prepare, perfect for a quick but impressive dinner. The garlic butter enhances the shrimp with a touch of lemon and everything is wrapped in our low carb tagliatelle.
π₯ Ingredients (for 1 serving)
- Ros Uni Tagliatelle : 70 g
- Shelled prawns : 200 g
- Butter : 2 tablespoons (about 30 g)
- Fresh garlic : 3 cloves (finely chopped)
- Lemon juice : from 1/2 lemon
- Chopped fresh parsley : to garnish
βοΈ Preparation
π§ 1. Make the garlic butter sauce
- In a large skillet, melt the 2 tablespoons butter over medium-low heat.
- Add the minced garlic and fry gently for 1β2 minutes, until lightly golden and fragrant.
π¦ 2. Cook the shrimp
- Raise the heat slightly and add the shrimp to the pan.
- Cook for 3β4 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon directly into the pan and mix well.
π§ 3. Cook the tagliatelle
- Cook the Ros Uni Tagliatelle in plenty of salted water following the instructions.
- Drain them al dente, keeping a spoonful of the cooking water.
πΏ 4. Cream and complete
- Pour the tagliatelle into the pan with the prawns and add the cooking water.
- Stir everything over medium heat for 1 minute, until the sauce binds perfectly with the pasta.
π½ Service
- Plate immediately and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve hot, perhaps with a sprinkling of freshly ground black pepper.
