
Low Carb Mushroom and Spinach Pizza

π₯ Ingredients (for a pizza of about 400 g)
- Fresh sliced mushrooms : 75 g
- Fresh spinach : 50 g
- Mature cheese (Parmigiano Reggiano) : 50 g
- Cooking cream : 50 g
- Extra virgin olive oil : 1 tablespoon
- Garlic : 1 clove chopped
- Salt and pepper : to taste
- Low carb pizza base : 1 (individual size)

π§ 1. Prepare the dressing
- Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the low carb base package.
- In a pan, heat the EVO oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute without burning it.
- Add the spinach and let it wilt. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until tender. Discard any excess liquid.

- Place the base on a lightly greased baking tray or on a baking stone.
- Distribute spinach and mushrooms evenly.
- Pour the cooking cream over the vegetables and spread well.
