Ingredients:
- Low Carb Sandwich Bread : 2 slices (about 50g)
- Tomato: 150g (about 1 large tomato or 2 medium tomatoes)

- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVO): 5g (1 teaspoon)

Procedure:

o Wash the basil leaves and dry them gently with a cloth.
3. Assemble the sandwich :
o Arrange the toasted bread slices on a serving plate or cutting board.
o Carefully place the tomato slices on the slices of bread. Try to cover the entire surface evenly.
o Overlay the mozzarella slices on top of the tomato, distributing them evenly.
4. Add the fresh ingredients :
o Tear the basil leaves with your hands and distribute them evenly over the mozzarella.
o Pour a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil on the slices of bread, trying to distribute it evenly.
o Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste to enhance the flavors.
5. Serve immediately :
o The caprese toast is ready to be served immediately.
