
Low Carb Hamburger with Veal and Porcini Mushrooms
A gourmet and filling sandwich, designed for those who love intense flavors but want to stay in the low carb world. Veal, porcini mushrooms, bacon and cheese blend together in a symphony of flavors wrapped in a light and protein sandwich.
π₯ Ingredients (for 1 sandwich of about 260 g)
- Low carb hamburger bun : 1
- Minced veal : 80 g
- Fresh porcini mushrooms : 25 g (finely chopped)
- Crispy bacon : 20 g
- Caramelized onion : 20 g
- Sliced ββcheddar cheese : 25 g
- Grilled courgettes : to taste
- Lettuce leaves : to taste
- Salt and pepper : to taste

π₯© 1. Prepare the meat
- Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, then form it into an 80g flat burger.
π½ 2. Cook the burger
- In a hot pan with a drizzle of oil, cook the burger for 4β5 minutes per side.
- During the last two minutes, place a slice of cheddar on top of the meat and cover with a lid to melt.
π 3. Prepare the toppings
- Onion : slice finely and cook over medium-low heat with a drizzle of oil until golden.
- Porcini mushrooms : brown them in a pan with oil until golden.
- Zucchini : Grill until soft and lightly browned.
- Bacon : Cook in a pan until crispy, then dry on paper towels.
π₯ 4. Assemble the sandwich
- Cut the sandwich in half and heat it slightly.
- Place the lettuce leaves on the base.
- Place the burger with melted cheese.
- Add the mushrooms, onion, zucchini and finally the crispy bacon.
- Close with the top part of the sandwich.
